You can download TouchPoints App from Apple App Store or Google Play Store
You need to sign-up using your company email to access TouchPoints within your organization

in your company or an external partner, configures the TouchPoints
that you find in your location.
Yes. Some features are available while you’re not on location.
However, you won’t see any of the TouchPoints.
Check if you have Bluetooth enabled on your device or try turning it off and then on.
Allow TouchPoints to access your location.
Make sure that you are close enough to the TouchPoint. Some features will only work
if your phone is right next to the TouchPoint beacon whereas some features will work
even when you’re a few meters away.
