You can download TouchPoints App from Apple App Store or Google Play Store

Go to Settings. Select TouchPoints from the list of apps. Click Locations and choose your preference.
Location service is required to detect the TouchPoints beacon position. But the app doesn’t track nor store your location.

Yes, but if you don’t use your correct company email, you won’t be able to access the TouchPoints within your company.
Your facility service provider, either an internal department in your company or an external partner, configures the TouchPoints that you find in your location.
Yes. Some features are available while you’re not on location. However, you won’t see any of the TouchPoints.
Check if you have Bluetooth enabled on your device or try turning it off and then on. Allow TouchPoints to access your location.
Make sure that you are close enough to the TouchPoint. Some features will only work if your phone is right next to the TouchPoint beacon whereas some features will work even when you’re a few meters away.
